Pentarq designed and managed a programme of exterior repairs during the latter part of 2003. The scope of the work included re-slating (retaining the unique mix of Caithness and Welsh slates), reharling with lime render, repointing the masonry of the front elevation with lime mortar, exterior joinery repairs and other minor works.
