Building Surveying

Building Surveyors are primarily engaged to report repair and maintenance to existing buildings. This work ranges from the inspection, identification and reporting of defects, giving advice on remedial works, preparing the necessary drawings and specifications, preparing tender documents, obtaining tenders, appointing contractors, overseeing works on site including the control of costs and agreeing final accounts.
